How Stupid is Bush?

Was George joking?

According to scuttlebutt that emerged in the British press in July 2002, President Bush, Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair, and France's President Jacques Chirac were discussing economics and, in particular, the decline of the French economy. "The problem with the French," Bush afterwards confided in Blair, "is that they don't have a word for entrepreneur."

The source was Shirley Williams, also known as the Baroness Williams of Crosby, who claimed "my good friend Tony Blair" had recently regaled her with this anecdote in Brighton.

I think this story can be interpreted two ways: either he's just dumb - or he's laughing at us by implicitly asking the question: how stupid do you really think I am? Which is it?

Life is short have fun !

Well, I guess he is not stupid, but he is not the smartest too.

Nevertheless he has very clear observations and statements. things are either right or wrong. your either with us or against us.

regarding the comment about the enterpreneurs, I think he meant to say something about the fact that France is a very socialist country, and that does not promote enterpreneurship, has nothing to do with the fact that the word originally came from french and was somehow taken out of context.

I think Georgy boy is the man!

He may not have the most sophisticated lingo, but he's honest and straight forwad. If we take Bill Clinton for example... he was well versed but so diplomatic he couldn't get anything done. Georgy is the man!

You may like or dislike president Bush but he is not stupid. One can not be stupid if he has risen to the position of president of the United States, winning several competitive elections and being judged by the public and the media.

1. He was not elected. He was appointed and bought by his father who now knows that he did not pull out in time.

2. He keeps saying that Congress isn't working with him. Why doesn't he work with Congress. Everything has to be his way or not at all
