Check with the Business Bureau and and see if they are legitimate.

 

Big time scam! They connive with travelonomy.com to rip off unsuspecting students. I went to a hotel website to reserve but somehow was redirected to their website. The manager then told me that I should have directly contacted the hotel instead of reserving online. As it turned out, I was charged 20% more through the travelonomy/student universe website. I tried to cancel the reservation 2 weeks ahead, but they still charged me anyway!!!! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau already.
