Student Dress

Does a male high school student have the "right" to wear saggy pants to school, such that you can see his underwear and sometimes his privates? Does a female high school student have the "right" to wear shirts that reveal her cleavage? Summary, can high schoolers wear anything they want and have that "right"?

My site provides information on Free Online Grant Applications, and details of the coveted Bill Gates Scholarship.

Where I went to school, neither of those things were acceptable. In England most schools have school uniform which gets around that problem. In my opinion, high school studens should learn to respect a dress code and not wear revealing or tatty clothing. If the students are dressed smartly, they're surely much more likely to be in the right frame of mind for learning. What do you think?
