Stuck Working in California (Unemployment Insurance?!?!)

My husband has been working in California for a almost a year(we live in Idaho) and he no longer wants to work out of state since it is a high stress on our family and our relationship. Would he qualify for unemployement insurance if he were to quit and move back home? Thanks for any info.

2 thumbs up

I think the best thing to do is just call up an unemployment office to speak to a person and simply ask if he would qualify.  Either it's legal and he's entitled or it isn't, and they would know better than the average person.
