If your liver is enlarged, it is probably pushing on the scar tissue from your surgery. Your best bet would be to quit the beer, and adopt a healthier lifestyle. Or keep on drinking all that beer and leave this life a little earlier than you should! Good luck...I am sure your doctor told you the same thing
