How do I store chocolate?

Featured Answer by BetterRecipes's Jennifer - BetterRecipes Food Expert

It is important to keep chocolate in a cool, dry place. You can refrigerate chocolate, but tightly wrap it so it doesn't absorb odors from other foods and so moisture doesn't condense on the chocolate when removed from the refrigerator. The chocolate will need to stand at room temperature before using.
