My favororite place to get a pet is the SPCA.  I got my cat, Louie Armstrong from my local shelter. Hes a Black White short hair cat. He was one year when I got him.  This year hes eight. He's so very cute and adorable. He talks and cuddles a lot and has the best personality.  My family has gotten other pets from the SPCA and have had great satisfaction in them. My  real dad has gotten many cats and dogs from the pound and  kept them the duration of their lives. They come with a reasonable fee which includes first shots, neutering, chip.  They have gone through behavior testing. Please folks if you want a pet, your local SPCA is the way to go!
