A:I'm going to assume you've been check for a hernia; have you seen a pulmonary doctor to rule out the possibility of a problem in that area that might be resulting in the problems you are experiencing. Might be worth a call to your primary care doctor to question whether or not he/she might want you to see a pulmonary person
