What is the best way to tone you stomach?
I would pick a stomach exercise routine that will talk you around 15 minutes and do this routine every morning before showering, breakfast, work, etc. It really makes a difference to start out your day like this. Good luck.
If you are a bit over weight you should lose weight. Combine a diet with stomach exercises such as crunches, sit ups and others and you're sure to see results.
