Stolen property

I would like to know an anaswer to this. If no one is home and leaves their property out side and they are gone for a week or two and people come and steal some of the people property and they come across your land and maybe leave some of the stolen property on your land and you dont know it and they find it on your land can you be charged.The stolen stuff has been hide in your woods and you dont know it and the policeorthe people come and happen to find it on your land hide without your knowing about it .can you be charged?
