Steven Tyler Quits Aerosmith: Band

 

(NEWSER) – Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler has left the band, according to rhythm guitarist Brad Whitford and lead guitarist Joe Perry, who have suggested that they're looking for a new singer. The news comes after a disastrous summer tour in which Tyler broke his shoulder in a stage fall and canceled many planned dates. “He has had no contact with me or the other band members,” Perry tells the Las Vegas Sun. But “I saw online that Steven said that he was going to leave,” so he’s “quit as far as I can tell.”

    My husband and I love Steven Tyler. He has been just like a friend to us. He actually lives in our home in a cute little thing us old folks call an album cover.  All kidding aside, we both wish him well. I thought at one point and time, that he was having some kind of health problems, albeit this I am not sure of.

His music has been part of our lives for 30 years, God Bless you Mr. Tyler. We wish you well on whatever it is you choose to do.
