Steering difficulties

I have a 2001 Ford F250 SuperDuty with a 4" lift and big tires.  It seems like my power-steering pump is a bit weak for the size of the tires (turns fine when moving more than about 5mph, but feels like manual steering at low speeds.)  Is it possible to get a higher pressure power-steering pump or a booster of sorts?

Found aftermarket powersteering pumps that put out higher pressure...turned out that wasnt my issue though...my steering gear had a couple of bad splines.  Replaced the gear and have no problems now.
