It is bad for your health and it doesn't work. Befor you get to the weight that you want to be, your organs will be suffering from damages and you will be sickly or dead. The thing about the body is, when there is no food, the body goes into FAMINE mode. Many things shut down (Like kidneys, kidney failure causes death) but the body shuts down to conserve on much needed nourishment. So, keep that up if you want to die and be miserable and sickley. To loose weight properly, you must count callories. This just means eating less. You've proven you can do this by not eating at all. Now, you need to leave out white things, yellow things, and startchey things. White things like Breads, mayonaise, Hominy, grots, cream of wheat, rice. Yellow things like corn, and startchey things like peas and potatoes. Eat lots of green beans (no butter or margarine), brocolli (no cheese), carrots, Cellery, those are Free foods as far as callories go, you can eat them all day and you will burn up more callories eating them than you will get from them. Drink plenty of water to keep the kidneys flushing things out, and try to leave out meats (Beef, Pork) and stick to small amounts of chicken (that's like one chicken breast a day) or fish (4 oz.) without a bun or tartar sauce. Stick with this for one month and enjoy the weigh losses!
