How to start a handbell choir? Any good tips will be more then welcome.

I am what you might describe as "handbell obessed." So, I'm happy to help you. I ring in a bell choir, dircect 3 other choirs, coordinate a handbell ministry at my church (7 choirs) and I represent a US handbell manufacturer. So, I was just surfing around and came across your question.
So, basically to get started you need: ringers, bells, and music. It helps to have a purpose and a really inspired leader, too. What do you want to know?
I have a close group of friends we are really into music and we were considering doing something with our spare time.
