Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you
I have moved to another area and seem to be having some trouble in gettting things rolling around here. I seem to have offended another person who does cakes, and I have been visited by the health official from this area. I never had any trouble before and did a good deal of work in my old area.Should I consult with the Local health department first before starting my business, or should I just go and get a food service certificate? Or would both by the wise thing to do?
