Spyware not showing on AOL computer check up, but is on McAfee

Hello, I restarted my computer a few days ago and downloaded AOL 9.1 and the free McAfee and the AOL check up. After the AOL check up, checks my computer, my spyware is not being acknoledged by AOL, even though McAfee check up shows it is on. I have removed them all and redownloaded them and the problem remains. I called AOL and am directed to the help page, but their is no help for this problem listed. Thanks for any help or advice on this matter.

Go to Safety at the top of the AOL tool bar(top of screen) and high light Computer Check-up. This download will appear for you to download.

hello,

Yes I did figure it out, finally getting a hold of AOL. As long as McAfee is on, the AOL spyware needs to be off or it will be bad for the computer to run both at the same time. That is why it was off because it was suppose to be. Just wish I knew that before when I was running both for so long.
