My question is about SpeedBit Video Accelerator why don't youtube use this technique to make its video load faster without the need of using a 3rd party application like speedbit VA ?

I think that most users don't need video accelerators, because the videos play faster than they download. Those who need it can install SBVA to improve the download speed.

If YouTube used this for everyone they'd it probably won't make much of a difference anyhow, unless they bought more bandwidth.
