Special movie grandma needs help

I collect videos, over 16,000 in a 2 room area. I want to make a movie room and have it look neat and organized. How could I do this and have it look good?   PLEASE HELP ME WITH SOME IDEAS.

I would suggest bookcases to hold\house the videos and then organize them by category (action, mystery, comedy etc.). A good paint job always helps.

I have them alphabetized and I build shelves for them. I have been thinking about building them right to the walls as wall to wall shelves.

I leave them all natural wood shelves, my kids complain there not in categories. I have vhs upstairs and dvd's downstairs. I have an extra room downstairs that I think will work better for a movie room, then I'll have wall to wall, ceiling to floor shelves. They are all in alphabetical order
