Is sparkling water like "San Pelegrino" are naturally sparkled, or is there thecnology involved in the sparkling, like in soda? If it is natural, where is it coming from and what are the conditions that cause the water to sparkle?
The carbon dioxide, which "sparkles" the water, is dissolved into the water in an industrial process. The water don't flow sparkling from springs.
