Spam question

Just received an e-mail addressed from me that I didn't send with subject: RE: SALE 86% OFF.

No attachment however when opened it says VIAGRA INC to you.

Scroll down and it has MICROSOFT LINKS however they are not. Putting the mouse over the links I get elgorest.com, dgiudiu.com and klesues.com.

The question is how do I report this as SPAM when it has my email address??????
