Spam Guard not Working

I have aol mail. I have certain e-mails that I get and I mark them as spam.  When I get them again they do not automatically go to the spam folder they go to my in box and then if I want to I can move them to spam. I want them to automatically to go to spam. How do I get it to do that?  Then if I choose to open it in spam I should be able to and  not move it there after it's been opened in my in box.  Please fix it.

Yes, I have the same problem with my aol mail.  If this really bothers you and you want to fix it, I would recommend calling aol technical support and getting them to fix it.  They do say they have the best spam protection, but it doesn't seem to always work that well.  They should be able to fix this for you.  Good luck.
