Soy beans candels: what's the deal?

I came across this technorati, which seems totally commercial. But then again maybe they have a point. Soy bean candles are supposed to be completely animal friendly, they last longer and are cleaner. It's like candles fairy land (not to mention the host of celebrities who use them).

I've never heard of them before. Are they any good?

soy candles have many advantages over candles that are made from soy and paraffin wax blends.Soy Candles are non-toxic and biodegradable. The soy wax from these candles can also be cleaned up with soap and water. Pure soy wax candles have a longer burn time than many other candles because they burn at a lower temperature. Paraffin wax is made from petroleum. When they are burnt they produce toxic emissions that create a black soot build where they are burnt.
