It is important to remember that summer in Argentina comes when it is winter in the Northern hemisphere. Did you mean summer in Argentina or where you live? This may affect your trip. Anyhow

During summer the best place in Argentina is Mar Del Plata, during summer all the people in Argentina fill up the beaches there and there is a lot  going on there.
