I need to know if there's a way to email Sonya Sotomayor. The Supreme Court is in a position to declare a moratorium on so-called "no-camping"

laws...especially when they violate the rights of the homeless,and especially

in cities which have no/insufficient homeless facilities. Otherwise,homeless

people have to find ways to hire attorneys for this purpose.
