Sonic Toothbrush

Sonic toothbrush, I think, is the one that revolutionize the way people brush their teeth. I myself still use the manual toothbrush. Just wondering, how effective is this toothbrush at cleaning your teeth? Since the sonic toothbrush is quite pricey, do we really get the benefit of it? Thanks.

The sonic toothbrush does establish a truly effective brushing action, primarily because of the high number of brush strokes per minute that these toothbrushes can generate, more than 30,000 brush strokes per minute. Compare that number to the number of brush strokes produced by brushing by your hand which is normally considered to be in the neighborhood of 300 strokes per minute. But are they really worth the money? Hope the explanation here can give you the answer you are looking for.

If you are looking to buy an electric toothbrush, consider this Philips Sonicare Essence 5300 Power Toothbrush. I bought one of these on the recommendation of my dentist. This toothbrush is absolutely amazing! It deeply cleans your teeth & stimulates your gums. The Essence 5300's angled neck and smaller head make it easier to reach those tight spots near the back molars.

Philips Sonicare Essence 5300 as Bart has mentioned is a good choice. Make sure you read no bias review for your consideration. The review also provides the price comparison of this unit so you can get this unit for the best price. Hope this helps.
