Soggy Cheesecakes

My cheesecakes always come out soggy in the middle, no matter how long I bake them. I have cooked them to where they are slightly brown on the edges and slightly jiggle in the middle to dark brown on the edges and more set up in the middle (and the edges turn out dry and semi-burnt). What can I do to ensure they cook all the way through?
