can I get my social security retirement and my social security disability payments if my social security earnings are not very much

maukwa,  Social Security retirement money and Social Security Disability money come out of different pots.  If you are disabled and under 62, your money comes out of the disability pot.  When you turn 62, you will still receive the same amount of money, only it will now be coming out of the Social Security Retirement pot.  But keep in mind, you will still receive only one payment per month, and not two.  If you have questions, you can call your local Social Security office.

maukwa, If you are over the age of sixty-five years old, then you would be collecting Social Security payments and would have Medicare. If you are under sixty-five years old then you would necessarily be collecting SSI or SSD, but there is no way that our government will pay double dipping. Sorry, but that is a fact of life.
