Josh Cribbs of the Browns. Yes the Browns are 4-10, but Cribbs is the best speical teams player in the league period. He doesn't just return kicks he also leads the league in special teams tackles. As for the Phil Dawson argument, I don't think he deserves the nod over Gostowski. Dawson has all those FG's becasue the Browns can't score TD's. Not only that, but Gostowski has missed fewer FG's.
