What is the most popular -- or best selling -- snack food in America? (I'm thinking potato chips -- but I'm not sure.) If you don't have that statistic, then I'd be happy with the statistics in other countries or regions.

chips is by far the #1 snack food but i think healthier foods with granola are in a close 2nd.
I like potato chips or a nice piece of chocolate.
