Where can I smoke weed (marijuana) world without getting busted??? (except Amsterdam)

Though it's not legal, in some places in northern India you can smoke almost with no worries.

There is no other place like the Netherlands  in it's policy. Every other country in the world see smoking "soft drugs" a criminal act. There are certain places like India, south America and south east Asia, where it's harder to catch you- but if they do, you're in a serious problem.

Also in the Netherlands there are regulations: You can't smoke or buy outside the coffeshops and of course everything other then cannabis is illegal.
