Smoking

I quit smoking four months ago and since then all I do is eat all day!

What can I do I seriously consider smoking again?

try exercise.

Seriously, it will not only help your lungs rehabilitate, it will help you lose the extra weight gain, and will let you get used to a much healthier habit.

Also you may not want to light up if you consider that you have a workout scheduled in a little while, where you will have to INHALE

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,
I'll answer from my own experience:
1.  Yes, it is normal to "eat" abnormally after one quit smoking.  Your
appetite "wakes up" and you eat almost averything (even "strange"
combination of food that you never tried B4).  I added 10 k"g to
my weight......   The good news are that it will stop soon (3-4
weeks) and you return to yourself and your normal habitts.
2.  You'll think of smoking again many years ahead.  Be strong and
say NO to cigarets.  I was a "heavy smoker", quit on 1979.... and
addmit: sometimes I crave for a cigarete.....
Best regards, be strong, and if I can assisst you not to smoke again, call or e-mail me (Free of charge, obviously).
