Smoking

I quit smoking four months ago and since then all I do is eat all day!

What can I do I seriously consider smoking again?

The source of the smoking and excessive eating are the same, and usually are embedded in our daily routine. The causes are usually stress, bad dietary habits and poor time management. Don’t give up yet, talk to a dietician and start working out and you will feel much better in no time.

Great information on health, diet, and exercise: www.mattmetzgar.com

This is a common problem unfortunately.  Smoking suppresses the appetitie, so without the cigs many people gain weight.

The short answer: make sure you are eating the right foods, and you really won't have to worry about limiting your food intake.  Nobody ever got fat from fruits and vegetables.  Shoot for more of a paleo diet (www.thepaloediet.com).

 Good luck!
