Hi -

My suggestion would be to export the contacts from your work laptop to a text file - either comma or tab delimited, and once you have the file, e-mail it to yourself (or copy to a USB mem card) and Import it to your Palm Desktop software or any other program you use to manage your phone.

You should be able to transfer them that way. The only downside is that any contacts that you add/edit after transferring will not be updated on your phone.

You'll probably want to do this every month or so (or more often depending on how frequently you add/edit contacts), to keep them as synchronized as possible

Hope this helps! Itay.
