Smaller Biceps

My arms are quite manly. They have very little fat on them because i do a lot of excersise, but that makes then big and man like. How do i keep them fit but just make them smaller?

75 thumbs up

You can try eating a little bit less or add an aerobic exercise to your training program. This is a problem many athletes have though they are usually happy about the increased size of their arms. You can also consult your trainer in your gym.
