Small breasts big nipples

My cousin asked me if it is normal to have small breasts big nipples? How long will this last? Didn't know what to answer any help?

Sigi --- Since you do not know rather than tell her something that your not sure about, suggest  she ask her gynaecologist.  They do treat women that are  not pregnant.  If she doesn't have a Gyn, emphasize the importance of finding one. You might also suggest  helping  her find a really good one. -----Citrine1
