 If you are using broadband

Probably is your ISP that giving your the problem. Since you are from Malaysia, where i heard the Streamyx is a bottleneck, maybe you have to call to them and ask for assistance.

Try to do a speedometer check whether is it 70% bandwidth given by your ISP from your internet package.

If you are using dial-up

There are some extra tips to boost the dialup tips, i've used before when i was using dial-up 10 years ago. Still its proven to be effective.

Let me know here what type of connection you're using so that we can help further.

Do you use a router to share the internet connection? If so, this could be the issue. Call your router tech support company and ask them to trouble shoot.

you internet could beslow for a number of reasons. You should check your connection and your internet provider. It might be causing your bandwidth to slow your internet down (the amount of information that you can transfer through the modem). Look into more efficient connections if your internet is that slow: http://www.clear.com/?utm_source=bc
