Your direction, not your intentions, determines your destina

tions.

Use the basic milk gravy reccipe and put the browned chops in it and simmer untill fork tender and put it on biscuits with a green vegetable and mashed potatoes. A fast but filling and satisfying meal. Take a skillet and add enough crisco to brown your pork chops. When chops are browned onboth sides, place in slow cooker. Use your grease from the chops:; add 1 Tablespoon flour for every spoon of grease in skillet;brown untill golden brown; add enough milk (can of carnation milk diluted with some water) or just milk from the jug, simmer untill you have a nice rich, smooth gravy.Add salt and pepper to taste;pour gravy over chops and simmer untill the meat is nice and tender. Have biscuits, mashed potatoes and a green vegestable and you have a good satisfying meal. Be sure to stir every once in a while while it's cooking, and add more liquid if it becomes too thick.Let me know how it turns out.

Put your chops in the bottom of the cooker with 1 cup of water or broth or soup stock, add your vegetables (potatoes and another vegetable if you choose) on top of the meat and cook until done...this is simple and your whole meal is in one pot.
