Sleeping phenomena

I have this strange reoccurring (around once a month)phenomena before I go to sleep, it is like a dream of massive explosion of white light and very intense sound. But it is not a full dream because it usually happens just when I fall a sleep, I  did not find any thing about it on the net and I am thinking on visiting a sleeping lab.

Your own personal jesus

I have to admit it sound rather strange, there are strange dreams some time of falling or explosion but usually they are not so vivid.

Although it does not have to be a dream, it might be some neurological phenomena (probably harmless if it returns and you are fine - so do not fear you are having strokes) if it bothers you much just go
to a sleep laboratory or a doctor how specializes in sleep disorders.
