I have twin boy and girl who are now 10 months old. My daughter resists going to bed. She always cries to go to bed. I have to rock her to sleep. Any suggestions
Smile, it's contagious!
Tough Love! Let her cry it out for a couple of nights. When she realizes you are not going to hold her until she falls asleep she will soon be over it. Until then as long as you continue to cave in to her wants she will continue to do it. Good luck and congrats on the twins.

Your little one has developed the habit of being rocked to sleep and you need to help her adjust to a new routine for bedtime and sleep.
I would suggest picking up a copy of Elizabeth Pantley's "No Cry Sleep Solution" and reading her articles . You can also find more tips on sleep here .
Good Luck and try to enjoy those times together as she drifts off.

If she wont sleep ,either take her for a ride in the car or a walk in the fresh air early in the evening.Works like a charm everytime
