I understand your frustration. I have tried a lot of different things for mine also. It has bothered me for the past 5 years and gets much worse when I am stressed out. I have taken prescription meds, but didn't want to become addicted. I finally read about herbal remedies and they are very safe so I gave it a try. I am glad that I did.
