Can't Sleep

Lately I have had some trouble sleeping. I know I've been a bit stressed out lately but this has never happened to me. What can I do to help me sleep better at night.

Just try to stay calm, close your eyes, and think about your day. Imagine getting lots of rest.

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

You have to find out what are the reasons for that.  There are plenty possible reasons:
1.  Above all: Are you tiered enough ?
2.  Something bothers you ?
3.  Are you worried ?
4.  Are you stressed ?
5.  Do you have economic problems ?
6.  Bad relations ?
7.  Secure at work ?
8.  Proper physical conditions (Good bed, comfortable
     mattress, suitable temperature, humidity,
     ventilation)
9.  Medical condition (teeth, digetion problems, etc...)
10.  Diet problems (hungry / stuffed /......).
Somewhere between those possible reasons you'll probably find the answer.....  Once you know what is the reason you'll be able to find the proper solution.  In addition several things can help you sleep better: Meditation, certain foods, yoga.....
Best regards,

I understand your frustration. I have tried a lot of different things for mine also. It has bothered me for the past 5 years and gets much worse when I am stressed out. I have taken prescription meds, but didn't want to become addicted. I finally read about herbal remedies and they are very safe so I gave it a try. I am glad that I did. It is so hard on your body when you cannot sleep and I am feeling a lot better. It is hard for people to understand where you are coming from. I am gonna give you the link that explains about herbal remedies. I really hope it helps you. They do have a guarantee on the particular product that I was referring to. Good luck.

Some people find writing down whatever is bothering them can help them 'forget' it to get some sleep - because they know that it will be there on paper when they wake up.  You could also try changing your night time routine.  For about 1 hour, or half an hour before going to bed, do the same thing every night - take a bath, read a book, drink something non caffeinated - the same routine in the same order, so that you are 'preparing' your brain to go to sleep.

Try some stress relief remedies too, if the stress is really bugging you -relaxation techniques, calming music, anything to help you unwind.
