im 15 years old and it seems like no matter how hard i try to lose weight it just doesnt come off, i am 170 pounds and i have alot of muscle, i have a bigger chest though and im skinny but with curves, it says in my age group that i am at risk for obesity and i was wondering how i can get back into my weight precentile, what foods to avoid, what to drink and how many meals in one day.
