Skinny, but scale wise overweight.

im 15 years old and it seems like no matter how hard i try to lose weight it just doesnt come off, i am 170 pounds and i have alot of muscle, i have a bigger chest though and im skinny but with curves, it says in my age group that i am at risk for obesity and i was wondering how i can get back into my weight precentile, what foods to avoid, what to drink and how many meals in one day.

Actually if you have a lot of muscle, you may not be over weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. So i would not worry about it. If you want to be sure go to your PE teacher or coach and see if they can do a BMI for you. This will tell you the fat percentage of your body. I am guessing it is low and that ou will see that you have nothing to worry about.

little buddy, that is a problem many of us older guys wish we had. any health club can tell you is you have to much fat content. keep working out and you sill see that you can weigh more and still not be fat

Hey im 16 and 148 lbs, eat a healthy diet however my weight is in the overweight zone  for my height should be around 136 lbs, i have quite a big chest and rather muscley plus i am on the pill femodene which probably all make me the weight i am, at first i was like nowayyyy have can i weigh so much, but not look any different from when i weighed 140 lbs, however i started exercising more than normal which i think may have something to do with the weight gain (possibly muscle) anyways i going to find what my body fat percentage is to see whether i am really fat or not ....... to be honest i wouldnt worry if i was you, like you said your skinny with curves which from my opinion is fantastic :) .... dont get yourself down about weight, scales aren't the accurate measure of fatness.
