Exercise, drink lots of water, and reduce your food intake by a third (33%).

Remember, a model is a sturdy frame on which to hang clothes to entice people to buy the clothes.  If you are currently getting compliments on how good your clothes look, then you are already a "model".

Otherwise, it helps to be under 25.

Agree with Lavlav!  Two fashion models--I believe they may have been sisters--collapsed and died in the last year because of malnourishment, which can lead to heart and all sorts of other life-threatening problems.  In a day and age when people can buy size 0's, you have to exercise caution because the size of some models (and celebrities) is neither realistic nor healthy.  I found the following article interesting and perhaps you will, too:

I really do not suggest anyone to get that skinny.

If you need  to loose weight to become healthy then I would strongly suggest to drink and drink a lot of ICE water number one your body needs water to loose weight to burn calories and digest the food... The trick is the ICE the colder the water the more your body needs to burn off the calories just to heat up the water to body tempature is 98.6 Ice water is at 32 degrees so right away your body is burning Calries just to heat up the ICE water

I give the more ICE water you can drink the faster and easier the weight will come off without much of a work out

oh honey, i agree with alot of these people. there is no healthy way to be a mature tall woman and only weigh 100 lbs. the way a lot of them (i will not say all of them, because some women are just naturally that way with extremely high metabolisms), but the way alot of them are that way is a diet of cigarettes, diet coke, amphetamines (pharmaceutical and illegal) other drugs like uppers, and eating disorders, horrible sleeping habits. and the sad thing is, most of them don't see themselves as pretty. good luck with this and i hope you don't take any of the routes i just described.

Some of their diet is soup, carrots, exercise, and lots of water.
