Some of the answers so far are ok, but they do not go far enough.....YOU DO NOT want to use apple cider vinegar on dry skin.........PERIOD!!
For oily or normal skin, dilute the cider vinegar 1 to 2; that is, 1 part vinegar to 2 parts of water, and keep it in one of those little 3 oz. spray bottles...if you have oily skin, you could experiment with diluting the cider vinegar by 1/2; 1/2 water, 1/2 cider vinegar.......the purpose of this is to restore the skin's natural acid mantle; which is a protection for the skin.....if you have, say, oily skin and after cleansing and drying your face, spray the vinegar/water solution on the inside of your fingers, then gently rub it all over your face, but GENTLY..start with the foreheard, then on down......you should respray inside your fingers every so often........then after it dries, apply your OIL FREE moisturizer - yes, you still need moisturizer, made for oily skin, esp. around the eyes and on your throat!!!
I can tell you more if you like.......but whenever I offer this, no one ever gets back to me!!!!!!!! by the way, I am a retired makeup artist........so email me if you like.......but I bet you won't!!!!!!!!!!!!!
