How big are the babycenter.com/pregnancy.com/parentcenter.com among other parenting sites in the USA?
Is there a ranking of parenting sites or something similar that can help me determine the size of these sites?

You could look at some of the popular baby brand websites, such as Huggies, Gerber, GoodStart, etc. as they may have some of the statistics you are looking for.
