A:Being a good parent depends on the effort involved in that person's desire to be a good parent. The choice to be a single parent, bi-polar or not, will make good parenting quite challenging. It's hard enough raising a child in a loving environment with two married, dedicated parents, but doing so solo...by choice isn't the best decision for the child involved.
