mr amith is now the managing director of a famous company, titanic company limited this company was earlier in family owned business which is recently been converted into a ltd. company. when it was his own family owned business, he was taking all decissions him self. now also he continues to keep authority to himself and he does not deligate to subbordinate managers and thus continued to be indispensable for all decisions, weather it is a purchase of pen or opeaning of a new branch. the subordinate managers too are relaxing and not showing performance
