Silvertone SNE JG NASCAR Signature Series, Electric Guitar

I saw this guitar online somewhere - Silvertone SNE JG NASCAR Signature Series, Electric Guitar. I was looking for a present for my brother. He's 19 and plays in a local band plus he loves NASCAR. SO I thought this might be the perfect gift. So can anyone help me? Would this be a good guitar fro my brother? He plays rhythm guitar. Is Silverstone a good brand? Thanks.
