Silver tongue cleaner

Recently I visited Dareeba Kalan, Chandi Chowk, and Old Delhi. This is a famous market for things made out of silver. At a shop a customer was asking for a tongue cleaner made of silver. Now I am confused, is their some point in using silver tongue cleaner in respect of human health? I am using general tongue cleaner made of plastic or steel. Tell me which is the best option?
