Sickle cell

my friend has a 13 year old son with the worst case of sickle cell. we often hang out, with our kids, and i want to know what type of activities can he do? what should we avoid? things like that

 Be honest and be true to yourself.

Hi,

    This sick child should avoid excessive exercise so tell you children not to be encouraging him to exert too much effort  while they are playing. 

    If your children have some kind of respiratory infection, they should not visit him because he has a very low resistance to disease.
